"Spray" is a play on words for both the spray of flowers depicted and the method I used to create this painting with spray paint. After first laying down an abstract spray paint shape on the white canvas, I worked dark to light to create the flower shapes. I worked with thick and thin acrylic paint, with both brush and painting knife.
